In Tennessee we have a law that you have to move over if there is a car pulled over on the shoulder. It cam about because a police office got killed when a car hit them during a traffic stop. So maybe the mean slow down or get in the left lane?


Yep, I'm pretty sure it actually means something similar to what Jackson is talking about. It's another new CO law that requires moving over a lane from stopped emergency vehicles.

@Todd I like your take. I want to put "Speed up or move over" written backwards across the top of my windshield. Though I would be less likely to get out of a speeding ticket.
