Some have noticed my lack of posting lately. I got this email the other day from former colleague..
I've been on the road for the past 4 weeks working in the middle of no-where. Actually, that's what everyone calls it, no-where and I had the pleasure of working there. Now I can put it up there with chicken farms and…. hopefully there's not going to be another "and".
Anyway, I'm officially writing to complain about FalsePrecision. Specifically the quantity. The following chart clearly shows a sudden rise in "non-blog" activities, which is very atypical of blogger type "A" personality with too much to say. Could the problem be stemming from a lack of broken devices, or could it simply be that today's ideas are better than yesterday?
Ok, guilty. The fact is I have been traveling for almost the entire first quarter and just didn't have the time to put toward a rant or observation. Rest assured there are still daily things I observe that probably warrant some kind of blog post.
When I'm really busy I tend to tweet more than post. I really don't think one is a replacement for the other however. I constantly feel way too constrained by tweets, often rewriting tweets many times to get the meaning in.
I have few ideas in the queue and the travel frequency will probably abate a bit now. Thanks for the email!
