iPhone nerd flag flying high in Boulder

Just went to lunch on the 29th street mall. Wow, these people really want a new phone. Don't get me wrong, I love a new gadget and get them regularly but the last time I bought something like this in a frenzy, I ended up the AppleTV and that sucks.

I'm anxious to give one a try. Based on what I've read so far it seems to "look" really cool and work well for someone who talks a lot, listens to music a lot, and doesn't email much.. Im kind of the reverse use case so… I'll wait this one out!

Typing from my wife's iPhone. We just drove down to the Apple store at about 7:00 and were out of there in five minutes. I feel sorry for the people that waited in line all day. I think that with practice the keyboarding will be fine, the rest of the interface more than makes up for the learning curve on the keyboard. Using my Blackberry now feels like beating the ground with a stick.
