After we got back from our Spring Break Frontier fiasco I was steaming mad. My neighbor who reads my blog suggested to me that " I not blog when I'm mad". But that sounds too sensible to me.
Lura sat down a couple days after we got back and wrote a letter Frontier, describing the entire ordeal and referencing falseprecision for 8x10 color glossy photos with circles and arrow on the back of each one.
And there we sat on the Group W bench for a month.
Well yesterday we got our apology, I guess.
It was a form letter saying they needed to "win us back" and enclosed was 4 travel vouchers for $100 each.
We can't use them all at the same time which seems pretty crappy. Basically they want to "win us back" two people at a time. I guess that way they earn their restitution payment back faster.
Well, I guess it's something. I really only wanted an apology from a person that acknowledged that they screwed us. Just some indication that they even know they put us through hell. I would have preferred that to an invitation to spend more money with them. I wouldn't make such a big deal out of this, but the vouchers have this huge legal statement on each one that says by using these we release them of all liability as it pertains to this issue.
Are my expectations just too high ?
