Word 2007 + Typepad is Awesome !

I upgraded to Vista and Office 2007 a few weeks ago. There is good stuff in there but the menu palette thing isn't really any better, it's just bigger. It took me about 10 minutes the other day to figure out how to change between spreadsheets in Excel.

However, the other day I opened Word and noticed the "Blog Post" document type. Hmm, that's interesting, I can't spell for shit so this could be really helpful. Surely it only works with some Microsoft blogging platform I thought.

But, to my surprise it jacked right into Typepad and viola! Worked great, images, reposts, everything I tried.

The first post I authored was the The Race to my TV: Tivo/Amazon Won! It even did the cool graphic drop shadow.. The blog feature alone is worth the upgrade pain (for Office, not Vista).
